By using the Fayda ID Card Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Service.
1. User Representations and Warranties
By uploading any PDF or data to the Service, you (the "User") represent and warrant that:
- Authorization: You have explicit, documented permission from the third-party individual whose data is contained within the PDF to upload and process their information.
- Owner Consent: The owner of the data has agreed to provide their printable credential (PDF) specifically for the purpose of using the ID Card Generator tool.
- Data Integrity: The data contained in the uploaded PDF is legitimate, accurate, and has not been altered, forged, or tampered with in any way.
- Usage Permission: You grant the Service full permission to process, extract, and format this data for the sole purpose of generating a printable ID card.
2. Obligations of the Service
Fayda ID Card Generator agrees to the following data protection standards:
- Purpose Limitation: We will use the uploaded data exclusively for the generation of the printable ID card as requested by the User.
- Data Privacy: We will not sell, share, or disclose the uploaded data or the generated ID cards to any third party.
- Access Control: Access to the processed data is restricted solely to the User who uploaded it.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Service to create fraudulent, fake, or unauthorized identification documents.
- Uploading data belonging to individuals without their express legal consent.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the ID generation process or bypass security measures.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is a tool for formatting and generation. The User assumes all legal responsibility for the legality of the documents created. Fayda ID Card Generator shall not be held liable for any misuse of generated cards, legal disputes arising from lack of data owner consent, or the submission of fraudulent data.
5. Data Retention
To protect privacy, the Service reserves the right to delete uploaded PDFs and generated ID cards from our servers immediately upon successful download or after a 24-hour period.
